United launches cookware promotion

United Supermarkets, the Lubbock, Texas-based wholly owned subsidiary of Albertsons, Boise, Idaho, said Thursday it has launched a promotion that allows loyalty card customers to earn free Lodge cast-iron cookware and bakeware.
