The University of California, Davis has announced that Christine Mattson Bruhn, Consumer Food Marketing Specialist in the Dept. of Food Science and Technology at UC Davis, and an international authority on consumer attitudes and behavior, will be honored Oct. 10 with an Award of Distinction from the UC Davis College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CA&ES).
