Tyson Foods recalls chicken nuggets due to possible foreign matter contamination

Tyson Foods Inc., Sedalia, Mo., is recalling approximately 75,320 lbs of frozen, fully cooked chicken nugget products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS) announced April 4.
