Stripes Parent to Acquire Sac-N-Pac

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Susser Holdings Corp., parent of the Stripes convenience store chain here, said Friday that it had reached an agreement to acquire Houston-based counterpart Sac-N-Pac Stores and its associated Warren Fuels distributor for undisclosed terms.
