Settlement proposed for Trader Joe’s ‘natural’ claims lawsuit

Trader Joe’s has agreed to a proposed $ 3.375 million settlement to a class action lawsuit over alleged misuse of “natural” claims, according to a press release from the court-appointed settlement administrator Rust Consulting.
