Key Food Sees Urban Market as Prototype

NEW YORK — Key Food Stores Cooperative’s newest banner — a hybrid gourmet and conventional supermarket known as Urban Market — opened its doors in the hip Brooklyn neighborhood of Williamsburg Friday.
