The 2013 IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo® in Chicago, Ill., closed on Tuesday, July 16, and it was obvious from the crowds that roamed the McCormick Place Convention Center and the packed Scientific Sessions that the show was one of the biggest and the best in recent years.
