MADISON, Wis. — The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association is still receiving entries from store-level cake decorators for its 18th Annual Cake Decorating Challenge but the deadline for entering the first phase of the 2013 Challenge is almost here. The deadline for submission of scrapbooks is February 14,Valentine’s Day.
