Historical, Wild Beer among new craft guide entries

Australian-Style Pale Ale, Belgian-Style Fruit Beer, Dutch-Style Kuit, Historical Beer and Wild Beer are among the new styles added to the 2014 Beer Style Guidelines, compiled annually for the Brewers Association.
