Congress debates fresh vs. frozen produce in schools

According to The Washington Post, as the U.S. Congress debates whether to renew the Farm Bill, the House is proposing to introduce frozen, canned, and dried produce to the program that serves fresh fruit and vegetables to children in select schools.
