CDC: Childhood Obesity Rate Declines

ATLANTA — The obesity rate of preschoolers declined in 19 of 43 states and territories, according to a new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that analyzed low-income children ages 2-4 years, from 2008 to 2011.
