Bi-Lo/Winn-Dixie closing 23 stores

Bi-Lo Holdings will close 23 Bi-Lo and Winn-Dixie stores on or before Nov. 17, a spokesman for the Jacksonville, Fla.-based retailer told SN Tuesday.
