WTO COOL ruling to allow $1 billion in retaliatory tariffs

According to The Wall Street Journal, the World Trade Organization (WTO) has ruled that Canada and Mexico can impose $ 1.01 billion in retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods for country-of-origin labeling rules (COOL) that it says discriminate against livestock from the U.S. trading partners.
